CABARET
Life as a musical score. The rules of music also apply to real life. Musician and actor Alfonso de Vilallonga shows this to be so in this exquisite, entertaining cabaret. Playing the adjacent note, rather than the designated one, means betraying the law of the score, yes; but it also opens the door to uncertainty. These small mistakes are the ones that shape our existence. Vilallonga, Baron of Maldà and author of the soundtrack of Pablo Berger’s Snow White, plays his compositions on the piano and recounts personal experiences. He is accompanied by Elsa Rovayo (‘La Shica’), Antoni Comas and Mónica López. Poetical, humorous and lively, this musical comedy was one of the most suggestive, refined surprises at the 2016 Grec Festival.
