A woman has just died. Leave the children, among other items, two envelopes become real Pandora's box, where will wonders and also all kinds of evils. The contents of these envelopes will lead to a fabulous odyssey towards a distant continent, towards an unknown past, towards a new birth. And, in the words of Wajdi Mouawad, "houses are inhabited by a tenant unknown."
Mouawad was born in Lebanon, a country which he left at the age of eight years in civil war. An exile who leads with his family in Paris and later in Quebec. Multiple creator, actor, author, producer ... this artist signs his own. Littoral, Incendies and Forêts are the three parts of this epic in which the destinies of the characters intersect, in which fractures human, intimate, family and historical mix. A theater of life.
