Light at end of the tunnel. La Impaciencia is a company used to taking on the most difficult challenges. This time, the company has chosen to stage an original story by Javier de Isusi, a Basque writer of comics whose work He vist balenes (“I Have Seen Whales”) has won major comic awards such as a nomination for Best Work at the 2015 Angoulême International Comics Festival (France) and a nomination for Best Work at the 2015 Barcelona International Comics Convention. He vist balenes is a narrative journey via three characters marked by the Basque conflict, ETA’s armed struggle and social prejudices. Coinciding with the end of the school year, the Teatre Principal Choir and its three junior choirs (Kiddies’, Children’s and Youth) will perform the annual concert with which they bring the season to an end. The repertoire of this concert will include a good sample of the work carried out by the different choirs throughout the season.
